I haven't finished Thimbleweed Park nor Return to Monkey Island yet, will I understand the story?

Am I right to assume that the game will take a bit longer to release for Switch? Or will it be released at the same time as for PC? I have a long flight at the end of the month, and can really use a game like this 😬

Do you know if it’s playable on Steamdeck?

Maybe 6 weeks for consoles (Switch, Xbox, PlayStation). We were going to release everything at once but going through console certs is taking longer then we thought. The console are all done, we're just waiting (as you are).

It's native Linux on Steamdeck. It's the platform of choice for a lot of our playtesters. It runs great.

For PC, are there different stores planned or only Steam? If multiple stores, does it make any difference for your profit?

I was happy about the announcement at gamescom (especially because I remembered your blog posts from long ago, where you first mentioned your Zelda-like RPG ideas), but Death by Scrolling itself left me rather cold in terms of gameplay.

However, the new trailer is so much better than the one from gamescom. I'm not sure why exactly (Ron, why!?), but overall it's much more coherent and has now really got me excited about the game.

I've added it to my wish list and would have thrown pre-order money at your face if it were possible.
