Ron Gilber mother fucker.
I'm goig to the beach today and I will come back only on saturday!!!!! You definetly ruined my vacation. I will be on the beach wishing I could be in the city... You bastard
Why are so many people here, that are so rude ("mother fucker"). What has Ron Gilbert done to you. Well, he probably invented the best thing in the world... Monkey Island... But apart from that, nothing wrong. I claim that my last sentence actually doesnt make sense, but i leave it that way. OK, Ron, you're the greatest, and if you'd were able to talk any german fluently, i would recommend my blog to you, because, i often take reference to your one. I want call you names, but i also dont think youre god, youre near to be one. Stay Tuned to this website
btw i want to know whats behind the countdown, too, but hey, i guess im gonna find out sometime. i think the countdown makes sense, in case of tension.

Video Game Marketers everywhere are perplexed by Ron Gibert's most bold decision to have an exciting count-down that doesn't waste a month of their life.
"It's so perplexing, it went form "3" to "2" in less than a 48 hour period" mentioned FALLOUT 3 team - "We don't really know what's going on here..."
"I'm sure he's just starting a blog about his new game..." - said the let-down expert Masahiro Sakurai.
Blizzard were unavailable for comment, since they are really busy working on their seven-year countdown for StarCraft 2.
Does anyone else find it funny that even when it comes to something as trivial as a COUNTDOWN, Ron Gilbert single-handedly kicks ass and chews bubble gum, while the rest of the industry just kind of annoys their devoted fans?

It is a countdown that represents that he will announce Monkey Island: Zero! That would be prequel featuring Guybrush childhood. Or maybe he is going to FINALLY publish the true secret of MI. Or maybe "2" are the days remaining in which this site can be seen for free. Or maybe it's the days remaining Ron has to pay his debts to the mafia. Or maybe he is announcing a career switch and now he will be a musicals producer. Or maybe it's the deadline in which he expects his car (car4ron.com). Or maybe he is just a mother fucker (It feels nice to say it). Or maybe he is just testing his Flash skills. Or maybe he is teaching us numbers. Or maybe...
I know!
He's probably finally realized he's never getting the rights to Monkey Island, so he's going to reveal the secret.
"Oh, the hell with it! The secret is-"

"3... and then 2. I know something is going on here, it is just like those numbers might follow some sort of pattern..." Monsieur Fajerkaos thought to himself while chewing on his left eyebrow.
A litte bird whispered in my ear.
It said that tomorrow Ron Gilberts blog will say: 1.
Why one? I asked.
Because its the arabic numeral system, its counting backwards.
But nations often depicted as Arabic doesn't have the Arabic numeral system, said I.
No. But that's beside the point. The little bird said.
So... What will be after one? I asked.
I dunno, said the bird. But i bet ye my feathers that its nothing Monkey Island related, or important.
But then again who knows. He sure fooled me with the Monkey Island 2 ending. (I was shocked for days!)
I knew it was a countdown! And it seems to be an international one cause this time the headline is in german and not in french again.
And hell yes now I'm curious. I wanted to skip the "2" and don't look until "1" but I couldn't stay away. I hope it's not a countdown to world's end cause I was planning to go to Monkey Island and find out about the damn secret on friday.

Dude, I am curious!
Haven't been here a while, but I wanted to check what good old Ron is up to...and now he even made me registering a "Gravatar". :). Just because he made two (by the way well made) Flash-Animation-Numbers.
